Bolsen Marine Systems Pte Ltd is a company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore specializing in the provision of Underwater Maintenance and Inspection services for the Defence, Security and Research sector. We are also an established facility for the engineering, repairs and maintenance of underwater equipment and systems.
TOP MANAGEMENT COMMITMENT
In every aspect of our business activities, Bolsen Marine Systems Pte Ltd is fully committed to meeting all applicable system requirements specified in Singapore Standard SS506: Part 1 : 2009, Occupational Safety and Health Management System specifications.
To fulfill our commitments, we will allocate and spend the necessary resources so as to provide a healthy and safe working environment for all our employees and all other personnel, who, in one way or another, either carries out contract work for us or are affected by our operations.
We will conduct risk assessment for all major operational activities in workplaces where our operational / service activities are performed as well as those that will be performed.
All hazards identified will be risk evaluated and appropriate control measures based on the principle of ALARP – “as low as reasonably practicable” and the “Hierarchy of Control Measures” will be implemented promptly, monitored to ensure effectiveness, and communication sessions carried out to inform all persons exposed to any residual risk.
Risk management steps will be applied until all significant hazards are reduced to an acceptable level. All persons exposed to the residual hazards will be informed promptly.
All our employees are required to be involved in all applicable-to-them activities described in SS506: Part 1: 2009, especially competence training and awareness, communication, participation and consultation.
The overall Safety and Health objectives of our company are clearly stated as follows:-

As far as reasonably practicable, one hundred percent (100%) compliance with legal requirements pertaining to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH).
